This policy covers alphastructures.com and any quote requests, phone calls, text messages, and emails you exchange with us. It does not cover third-party websites we link to.

Like most websites, ours collects limited technical information when you visit — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and time on site — through cookies and similar technologies.

- To prepare and send you a quote, and to answer your questions.
- To process, schedule, deliver, and install your order.
- To coordinate with the manufacturer and installation crew assigned to your building.
- To contact you by phone, text, or email about your inquiry, order, or warranty.
- To send occasional promotions or inventory updates, where you have not opted out.
- To improve our website, understand which pages are useful, and measure advertising.
- To keep records, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Forms & Third-Party Services
Our quote and contact forms are provided by HubSpot, which stores submissions in our customer relationship management system on our behalf. Information you enter into those forms is transmitted to and processed by HubSpot under its own privacy terms.
We also work with service providers that may process limited information for us, including:
- Website hosting and website platform providers.
- Analytics providers, to understand site traffic.
- Advertising platforms, for campaign measurement and remarketing.
- Manufacturers, installation crews, and delivery partners fulfilling your order.
- Third-party lenders, if you pursue financing or rent-to-own.
- Payment processors, for order deposits and balances.
These providers may use your information only to perform services for us, except that lenders and financing partners act as independent parties under their own privacy policies.
Cookies & Tracking
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use them to keep the site working correctly, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and — where enabled — support advertising and remarketing.

Text Messages & Calls
If you give us your phone number, you agree that we may call and text you about your inquiry and order, including by automated means where applicable. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of further messages, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of marketing texts does not stop transactional messages about an active order.
Data Retention
We keep quote requests, order records, and correspondence for as long as needed to serve you, honor warranties, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements — typically [NUMBER] years after your last interaction or the end of your warranty period, whichever is later. We then delete or anonymize it.
Data Security

Children's Privacy
Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
