Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website, requesting a quote, or purchasing a building from Alpha Structures LLC ("Alpha Structures," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or place an order.

These terms apply to all visitors and customers. Additional written terms may appear on your signed order form or invoice; where those documents conflict with this page, the signed order form controls.

Who We Are

Alpha Structures LLC is a metal building dealer based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. We sell and arrange the delivery and installation of carports, metal garages, storage buildings and barns, metal homes and living structures, commercial buildings, and clearance inventory.

Buildings are manufactured and, in many cases, installed by third-party manufacturers and installation crews. We coordinate your order from quote through installation.

Quotes & Pricing

Prices shown on this website are estimates for planning purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer. Final pricing depends on your building specification, options, site conditions, delivery distance, and your local code requirements.

• Quotes are valid for [NUMBER] days from the date issued unless stated otherwise in writing.
• Pricing may change with material costs, manufacturer pricing, or engineering requirements applicable to your location.
• Advertised prices generally exclude sales tax, permits, engineered drawings, site work, and concrete unless expressly included.
• Typographical or system errors in listed pricing may be corrected; we will notify you before proceeding if a correction affects your order.

Orders, Deposits & Payment

An order is confirmed when you sign an order form or invoice and submit the required deposit. Your signature confirms that the specifications, dimensions, colors, options, and installation address on that document are correct.

Deposits

A deposit of [PERCENTAGE OR AMOUNT] is due at the time of order. The remaining balance is due [ON COMPLETION OF INSTALLATION / PER YOUR ORDER FORM]. We accept [LIST ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS].

Financing & rent-to-own

Where financing or rent-to-own is available, it is provided by independent third-party lenders. Approval, rates, and terms are set solely by that lender. Alpha Structures is not a lender and makes no representation regarding approval or terms.

Site Preparation

Unless your order form states otherwise, site preparation is the customer's responsibility and must be complete before the scheduled installation date. The installation site must be:

• Level within the tolerance stated on your order form, and free of debris, vehicles, and stored items.
• Accessible to delivery and installation equipment, with adequate clearance for trucks and trailers.
• Clear of overhead and underground utilities, septic lines, irrigation, and other buried obstructions.
• Marked by you, or by the appropriate utility locating service, where buried utilities are present.

If the crew arrives and the site is not ready, installation may be rescheduled and a return trip or restocking fee may apply. Alpha Structures is not responsible for damage to underground utilities, lines, or improvements that were not disclosed and marked prior to installation.

Permits, Zoning & Codes

You are responsible for determining and obtaining any permits, zoning approvals, HOA approvals, easement clearances, or setback compliance required for your building at your location, unless we have agreed in writing to handle them for you.

We can provide manufacturer specifications and, where available, certified or engineered drawings for an additional fee. We do not warrant that any building will be approved by your local authority.

Delivery & Installation

Lead times and installation dates are estimates. Manufacturing schedules, material availability, weather, permitting, and crew routing can shift dates. We will keep you informed of changes, but we are not liable for losses caused by delay.

Installation includes the work described on your order form only. Concrete work, electrical, plumbing, insulation, finishing, grading, and removal of existing structures are excluded unless expressly listed.

You or an authorized adult should be present at installation to confirm placement and orientation. Once the building is installed in the agreed location, relocation is a separate, chargeable service.

Changes & Cancellations

Change requests must be made in writing and are subject to manufacturer availability. Changes may affect price and lead time.

• Before materials are ordered: cancellations may be accepted with a [PERCENTAGE] administrative fee deducted from your deposit.
• After materials are ordered or fabricated: deposits are generally non-refundable, as buildings are custom-built to your specification.
• After delivery or installation: orders are not cancellable. Warranty remedies in Section 09 apply.

Specific cancellation terms for your order are stated on your signed order form and control over this summary.

Warranties

Buildings are covered by the manufacturer's written warranty applicable to your product. Warranty length and coverage vary by manufacturer, component, and building type; we will provide the applicable warranty document with your order.

Workmanship on installations performed by our crews is covered for [WARRANTY PERIOD] from the installation date. Warranty claims should be reported to us promptly in writing.

Not covered

• Damage from wind, hail, snow, flood, fire, or other events beyond the manufacturer's rated limits.
• Damage from customer modification, overloading, improper use, or failure to maintain the building.
• Settling, shifting, or failure caused by site conditions, soil, or a foundation not prepared to specification.
• Normal wear, fading, and minor cosmetic variation in metal panels or coatings.

Except as expressly stated, Alpha Structures disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Structures will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost use, or loss of stored property, arising out of your order, the website, or any building we supply.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid to Alpha Structures for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes. Product images, dimensions, colors, and configurations are representative and may differ from the building you receive. Metal colors shown on screen may vary from actual finishes.

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, scraping content, submitting false information, or interfering with its operation.

Intellectual Property

The Alpha Structures name, logo, page content, layout, photography, and copy on this site are owned by Alpha Structures LLC or used with permission, and may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without our written consent.

Communications & Consent

By submitting a quote request or providing your phone number, you agree that Alpha Structures and its representatives may contact you by phone, text message, and email regarding your inquiry and order, including by automated means where applicable.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or contacting us directly.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY] County, North Carolina, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
