Framing Warranty
California builds rated to 120 mph / 20 psf. Wherever your local code sits, we meet or exceed it.
Clear-Span Width
Up to 70 ft wide with no interior columns, and as long as you need. Wider footprints are possible with interior support beams.
Support Beams
On buildings 12–24 ft wide, outer-wall beams sit every 5 ft. On 25–70 ft widths, every 4 ft — or go full clear-span. A heavier-gauge truss adds width without center columns or compromising structural integrity.
Framing
14-gauge double-coated galvanized steel. Wider designs step up to 12-gauge trusses where the engineering calls for it. Weight-bearing framing is guaranteed against rust for 20 years.
Truss System
Double-leg builds use Z-shaped or ladder trusses depending on size and state requirements. Any building wider than 40 ft uses a ladder-style truss.
Insulation
Double-bubble and fiberglass R-8 insulation available for temperature control and reduced condensation.
Minimum Width
Buildings start at 12 ft wide. Anything taller than 14 ft uses double-tube or double-leg framing with welded leg-and-truss components.

Get Your 3D Model
Before any steel is cut, you'll receive a 3D model of your building so you can see exactly how the interior and exterior will look. Nothing gets built until the design matches your vision.

Prep Your Site
You'll need engineer-approved plans and a level concrete foundation in place before we schedule installation. Good plans up front are what prevent expensive structural issues down the road — we'll tell you straight what's required.
04
We Deliver & Install
Our crew delivers and installs. We don't work directly with local inspection offices, but we provide all the documentation you need to get your permit approved on the first submission.
